Ages 14–18

Teen Process Group

In-person & Telehealth · 60 min · 8 Sessions

This group utilizes experiential learning and is geared toward adolescents (14–18) experiencing isolation, worries, stresses, and self-doubt as they navigate school, relationships, and development.

Goals

Examine communication and relational patterns (with oneself and others)

Practice giving and receiving feedback

Build self-esteem and relational skills

Practice social skills and boundary setting

Identify coping strategies

Teen Process Group

Ages 14–18 

Teens with Separated or Separating Parents

In-person & Telehealth · 60 min · 8 Sessions

A support group for teens whose parents are separating or separated. This group provides a therapeutic space for teens to process their thoughts and feelings with peers in similar positions.

Goals

Navigate identity and relational boundary setting

Relational development with peers

Articulate and strengthen your own voice

Find solidarity in shared experience

Ages 20s–30s

Interpersonal Process Group for Young Adults

In-person & Telehealth · 60 min · 8 Sessions

The focus of this group is for members to gain an increased understanding of themselves, their internal motivation, and their relational patterns through interactions with other group members in the here-and-now.

Goals

Understand internal motivations and relational patterns

Explore how group dynamics reflect life outside the group

Practice self-regulation and empathy

Practice giving and receiving feedback

Boundary setting and making the implicit explicit

Interpersonal Process Group for Young Adults

Ages 20s–30s 

Young Adults with a History of Separated Parents

In-person & Telehealth · 60 min · 8 Sessions

A process group for young adults whose parents have separated or are separating. Members explore the emotional and relational impact of family transitions in a safe, peer-supported space.

Explore identity and emotional development

Process grief and transitional stressors

Navigate intimate relationships

Build resilience in community

Rising Freshmen

College Bound: Rising Freshmen

In-person & Telehealth · 60 min · 8 Sessions

A group for rising college freshmen preparing for the transition to college life. Members build self-awareness, social skills, and emotional readiness for this pivotal new chapter.

Navigate the emotional landscape of leaving home

Build confidence and independence

Develop healthy coping strategies for academic stress

Explore identity and belonging in new social environments

Practice communication and boundary-setting with peers

Practice making the implicit explicit
